Flywheel housing for Volvo Penta 31-300, D4, D6 diesel engines

Flywheel housing specifically designed for Volvo Penta 31-300 series as well as D4 and D6 engines with DPH drives. It is compatible with all D4-D6 engines with DPH drives and 31-300 engines with single-bearing configurations. For earlier models in the 31-42 series, the housing can be installed with a bushing (part no. 872761) on the crankshaft end, replicating the solution found on later engines. It is also necessary to replace the shaft for proper installation (a double-bearing shaft cannot be used with a single-bearing housing). Manufactured in Sweden as a premium aftermarket product, ensuring high quality and durability. The product replaces the following Volvo Penta OEM numbers: 872836, 3860991, and 22564984. Key notes: The appearance differs slightly from the mentioned OE numbers, but the functionality is identical to the original housings. Also compatible with FTP engines. The product is not compatible with DPI drives.
